Jennifer has traveled extensively teaching workshops and giving programs on color and design, and has recently begun speaking and teaching online as well. Her trademark is double-weave pick-up, and she has taken it to a high art.

Even if you are not a weaver, you will be inspired by her use of color and pattern! Keep an eye out for further information, as her presentation for us in September will take place online.

Have you been busy with fiber projects during this time of staying at home? Since we don't yet know what the future holds for meetings and sharing work in person, we've added a photo gallery where members can post images of their work. You'll find Gallery under the Explore menu.

All 2023-2023 members should have received an email sent on May 6. The subject line was "NEW HGB Website Passwords and Features",  and the email contained information about the new software and website, as well as instructions on how to login and set a password. If you can't find this email in your inbox or spam folder and need a copy, email website@handweaversofboulder.org.

2023-2023 members can set a password as follows:

You will receive an email from Handweavers Guild of Boulder with a link to reset your password. 

To access the members area of the website, including The Beat, you must be logged in to the website, using your email address and the password you set (see directions above). Oh, and you must be a paid member, which leads me to the next point:

Memberships expire on June 1, 2023. There is a 14 day grace period where you will still have access. It would be very helpful if memberships are renewed before then. Many people have renewed online already, with just a handful of people have experiencing hiccups, and overall the feedback is that the process is easy. Give it a try!

Memberships that are renewed via mail will be acknowledged as they are processed. Please be patient and ignore any email reminders about renewing if you mailed your membership renewal. Due to the pandemic, the post office box is not being visited as often, and it can take a few days for mail to get to the right people.
